Africa, Africans and black people worldwide

In the orthodox paradigm of HIV/AIDS, black people and sub-Saharan Africans are especially regarded as being more susceptible to HIV/AIDS and that sub-Saharan Africa is in the grip of a terrible AIDS epidemic decimating the population and causing a demographic time-bomb.
